Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily schedules.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and office correspondence.
Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines).
