This position supports the work of the Operations Department and Compliance Department staff by performing a range of administrative and office duties including but not limited to: program-specific data entry and verification; creating spreadsheets from collected data; typing documents such as memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and administrative forms; participating in the development of program forms and newsletters; and organizing all logistics for meetings.Temp-to-HireResponsibilities:Performs tasks in support of multiple operational areas. These tasks are complex and time sensitive and must be completed in an accurate manner by assuring the details of all aspects of each area are effectively processed so that program interventions are timely and can be accurately measured and reported. Compile and organize moderately complex information for inclusion in reports, budgets and presentations; prepare charts, graphs, or other presentations of varying complexity.Maintain data integrity with important member information and meet requirements of compliance standards.Coordinate the overall logistics for various committee meetings and ad hoc meetings. This includes scheduling meetings, and coordinating meeting logistics such as technology, food, and space setup, compiling and sending out agendas, obtaining multiple reports from internal staff, assembling printed and electronic meeting packets, and distributing materials to committee members.Assist department staff with general office support including but not limited to scheduling meetings, document management, and report generation to ensure efficient department operations. Proofread, format, revise and edit materials such as reports, policies and procedures and department presentations and be able to discern when to ask questions for clarification.Coordinate the timely and accurate completion of major projects, documents and reports required to meet contractual managed care requirements.Complete mailings, document retrieval, and storage of documents necessary for multiple operational processes to ensure timely completion.Perform other duties as assigned within the scope, responsibility, and requirements of the job.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Electronic Records Management, Internet use and access, and the operation of office equipmentSelf-directed, highly organized, and very detail oriented in completing assigned tasksAble to adapt to changing work efforts and exercise judgment to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and phone; Maintains confidential informationEducation:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
