Spherion Staffing is looking for Seed Processing Operators who can work on 1st shift until October, then switch to 2nd shift until April.The Seed Processing Operator will work closely with the Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioning runs meet customer quality requirements, while also attempting to maximize the total number of units bagged from each run. $16-18/hour DOE Monday thru Friday 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm now through end of September, then switching to 2nd shift 2 pm-10:30 pm October -April 2021 Responsibilities:- Perform work activities safely - Utilize computers to record and locate information as needed- Operate seed conditioning equipment according to instructions, including taking and documenting quality checks and activity as required- Application of appropriate tags and/or labels to seed packages as applicable- Accurate bagged seed inventory counts- Thoroughly clean all equipment between conditioning runs in order to maintain product integrity - Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area- Some forklift operations as needResponsibilities:See aboveWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Requirements:-1 plus years of warehouse experience with knowledge on operation of seed treating equipment preferred-Ability to lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time-Must be able to operate machinery-Must be able to read/write in English-Basic computer skills-Ability to work overtimeEducation:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:See above To be considered, please apply online at www.spherion.com/apply If you have any questions please contact Michael Smith at 701-412-2914Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
