Sales Management & Business Development:
Own and execute all sales management activities to drive commercial growth of company in United States
Prospect new accounts and develop area market
Ensure sales and commercial targets of the company are reached, while maintaining large profit margin
Building new prospect contacts through regular business visits in key target markets
Create and follow up on commercial offers
Carry out marketing campaigns for the company in the United States (strategically plan high impact marketing campaigns to improve the corporate identity of the company in the United States)
Regularly visit with existing clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Operations Management:
Oversee the daily management of the subsidiary; develop and maintain a thriving work environment
Provide leadership and daily management of the sales team and distributors
Oversee client account management; understand the budget picture at each customer and take strategic action to achieve bookings and revenue goals
Serve as main point of contact with company headquarters in Europe
Oversee subsidiary operations, including administration, human resources, etc.
Carry out marketing campaigns for the company in the United States (strategically plan high impact marketing campaigns to improve the corporate identity of the company in the United States)
Regularly visit with existing clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Master's Degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Analytics or related field is preferred or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Analytics or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in analytical field is strongly preferred (Gas Chromatography, HPLC, etc.)
Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred
Previous experience in or familiarity with the semiconductor industry
Must be able to travel to company headquarters in Europe for initial advanced training, and on annual basis
