Responsibilities:
Ensure timely data processing of current AP/AR invoices
Handle invoice discrepancies and address issues promptly
Run daily balance reports
Update new customer mapping
AP data entry
Other accounting duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with the aerospace/defense industries preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Advanced Excel proficiency
Proven AP/AR experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
