Working knowledge of welding materials and equipment.Responsibilities:Mark-up incorrect drawings and bills of material, submit to engineering and plan for change.Communicate with engineers and designers on problems regarding production tools. These welders should have the ability to setup and weld using fixtures and prints, capacity to understand weld symbols and required to weld a minimum of two types of material. Understand and use documentation of welding procedures and setup sheets.Certified welders would weld with a variety of equipment, mig, tig or gas. They may also be required to fabricate parts with no fixtures but have access to prints. Coolant Technician for CNC Machines - 1st ShiftResponsibilities:Will be responsible for monitoring, changing, refilling, recycling of CNC machine coolants and chip clearing in a safe manner. Clear chips from CNC machines to avoid build-up edge and ensure sufficient chip clearing for machining process. Ensure chip system is performing effectively, in discharging dry coolant-free chips per recycling regulations. Ensure chips are disposed in proper recycling area. CNC Coolant Technician will monitor, dispense properly, and/or refill machine station coolants applicable to the machining processes. Apply coolant application by coolant type, maximum coolant flow rate, type of material machined, chip geometry, chip volume and coolant delivery to the machining cutting zone.
