An assembler is responsible for fitting and assembly of electro-mechanical laminating equipment and machines. Starting with the main frame, the assembler adds gear boxes, tension controls, shafts, chucks, web guides and electrical panels.

Assembler uses electrical and mechanical assembly tools including, but not limited to,
Hand tools, precision measuring tools, power tools, and have familiarity with assembly hardware, traditional fabrication equipment and methods to manufacture machine components with complete safety awareness.
Assembler must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, understanding project specifications, interpreting drawing changes, parts lists, and to follow instruction on work orders, drawings, and work instructions.
Test machines for electrical and mechanical function, reliability and perform ???Burn-In??? procedures to customer product specifications.
Ability and willingness to participate and contribute to a team as well as achieve production and performance goals.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, but not limited to, Building crates, perform plant and equipment maintenance, use overhead crane to load large laminators with precision and safety, and perform inventory functions.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
3 years of consistent work experience in a responsible assembly position.
Adhere to all safety, security and company policies. Sustain an acceptable attendance record and work all schedules times to achieve production goals.
