Assembles products and operates equipment safety, productively, and ergonomically correct while manufacturing quality parts and assemblies.Responsibilities:Daily Tasks Level 3:To be completed with instruction from a supervisor or authorized trainer.Assembles, packages and labels products.Operates equipment and tools as required.Maintains assembly jigs, hand tools and equipment in good working order.Has basic product knowledge. (80%)Daily Tasks Level 1: In addition to above tasks.Verifies and refers to Bill of Materials (BOM).Prints blueprints from engineering folders.Verifies and refers to Bill of Materials (BOM).Guides small groups of associates on special tasks.Substitutes as Lead when needed.Troubleshoots problems (Products, components, tools and overall quality of products being assembled.)Produces high quality finished goods with acceptable quality and minimal rejects.Has strong product knowledge.
