Perform Direct Fulfillment manufacturing processes to ensure on time shipments of a quality product. To work in an efficient manner and maximize output. Start time is 6AM and end time is flexible depending on production, but will go no later than 6PM. All employees placed on this assignment will need to have availability from 6AM to 6PM. Responsibilities:
Manually assemble a system using torque drivers and hardware, to a predetermined volume.
Functionally test a completed system according to work processes.
Pull necessary material from flow racks and bin locations.
Perform back flush operations on the computer operating systems.
Conduct physical inventory in the designated area.
Operating a computer, hooking up power and parallel cables to printers and plotters for test.
Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times.
Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
Operate a pallet jack.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Handle a box cutter.
Operate a PC with a scanner.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
Must be able to calculate quantity of parts to be prepped and ready for use at any time. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Individual may be required to sit, stand or walk. Reaching, loading, and unloading of boards and reels is mandatory, as is lifting of up to 35 lbs. Specific vision requirements for this job include close vision for examining circuit boards and parts, the ability to read visual aids and parts bins, and visually identify specific parts and polarity.
