The Assembler is responsible to ensure that assigned parts are assembled in accordance with production guidelines. Ensure that all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product.
Responsibilities:
Reads work instructions and follow established procedures.
Aligns material and put together parts to build complex units.

Performs visual Inspections to identify specific defects according to work instructions.
Complete appropriate reports as required.
Rejects components that don'tt meet the quality criteria as indicated in work instructions.
Ensure that sub-assembly packs are placed in the pallet(fixture), separately, to prevent any damage.
Rework defective product as instructed as excess of plastic by using heat guns, pliers, utility knives, etc.
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
Provide support on other positions within the area. Participate in cross-training activities
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts.
Maintain a clean, organize and safe work area.
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience as assembler.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Must be able to read, interpret and follow work instructions, drawings, directions, etc.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
Great manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
Ability to multitask
Able to work in a fast pace environment

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
1+ Years of experience in Manufacturing Environment ( Required)
1+ Years of experience in assembly line ( Desired)
