      ºTerminators

      ºCell floater (Cell Floaters are responsible to work in multiple cells)

      ºWire cut/strip machines

      ºSplicers

      ºTest boards

      ºGeneral bench

      º Floaters (Floaters are responsible to work in any area as required)

• Good communication skills.
• Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate soldering machines.
• Ability to create and Interpret technical documentation.

• Operators must be able to sit and/or stand all day (up to 10 hours).
• Must be able to manually lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull container of wire/cable, which may weigh up to several hundred pounds (either of dollies or on edge not dead weight).
• Must be able to rotate to various assignments involving various working conditions within this job description.
• Must be able to perform fine manipulation, firm grasping, and firm cutting (up to 25 lbs of pressure periodically).
• Must be able to use a wide variety of hand tools. Must be able to perform accurate visual inspection.
• Must be able to work through a range of motion from ground level up to and including above shoulder height.
• Must be able to bend and twist at the waist.
• Perform high and low repetition jobs.
• Responsible to identify and communicate corrective actions.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints.
• Must pass a basic skills test required for this job.
