- Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise assembly and dispatch teams, ensuring that all staff are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.- Assembly Oversight: Monitor and manage the assembly process to ensure that all cabinet products are assembled according to specifications and quality standards. Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures.- Dispatch Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process, ensuring that all products are accurately packaged, labeled, and shipped on time. Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to optimize delivery schedules and routes.- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company???s quality standards before they leave the facility. Address and resolve any issues related to product defects or discrepancies.- Workflow Optimization: Continuously assess and improve assembly and dispatch workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures where possible.- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are adhered to in both assembly and dispatch areas. Conduct regular safety audits and provide training as needed.- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of assembly materials and packaging supplies, ensuring that stock is maintained at appropriate levels to support production and dispatch needs.- Customer Service: Address any customer concerns or issues related to assembly or dispatch, working to resolve them promptly and professionally.

- Familiarity with blueprints/schematics- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly management role, preferably in the cabinet or furniture industry.- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality control, and dispatch logistics.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficient in using manufacturing and dispatch software systems.- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
