**Job Description:**
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, precision, and safety of our medical device manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for following strict protocols and procedures to produce top-quality products that meet the rigorous standards of the medical industry.
Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform clean room operations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Assemble and inspect medical devices, ensuring they meet all quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a sterile and controlled environment within the clean room.
- Conduct in-process testing and inspections to verify product quality and specifications.
- Document production activities, maintain accurate records, and complete required paperwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control and Engineering, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in ongoing safety training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skill Level:
- This position is suitable for candidates who are in the process of acquiring basic job skills and familiarizing themselves with company policies and procedures. Previous relevant training or work experience is generally not required.

- Successful candidates will follow established procedures to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.
Job Scope/Complexity:
- Duties and tasks in this role are primarily routine in nature.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
