Assembly/Disassembly Technicians with a local manufacturing company. The Assembly/Disassembly Technicians will be cleaning parts in the assembly area and will operate a variety of tools and equipment to assemble and disassemble products in a manufacturing environment. This position will also be using a hoist/crane frequently.
Pay is $17-19 Depending on shift/experience
1st shift positions is 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday
2nd shift schedule is 4:15pm-2:45am Monday - Thursday
**must be open to working overtime**
-Use blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices and/or other equipment to ensure conformance to quality specifications
-Use precision measuring devices to effectively assemble and/or disassemble final product
-Perform preventive maintenance as required
-Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes as necessary
-Perform 5S Audits
-Perform Safety Stop Audits observations as required
-Identify and accurately categorizes wear patterns of parts
-Troubleshoot quality problems
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
-Minimum 2 years job related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
-Must have the ability to effectively interpret blueprints
-Proven record of good attendance
-Must possess ability to deal with multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
-Must have good oral and written communication skills
-Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
-Drug, background screens and physicals are required
