The Asset Management Trainer is responsible for coordinating and implementing training as it relates to company's lines of business, including its work as a Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) for the United States Department of Housing and Development under Annual Contributions Contracts (ACCs) to perform compliance and monitoring of multifamily housing operations. Responsibilities:
Conduct technical training on topics relevant to company???s lines of business (including PBCA work) and any related statutory and/or regulatory changes
Research and prepare training tools and materials (print and electronic) that comply with the terms of the appropriate contracts and agreements, the appropriate federal, local and state regulations and Navigate standards
Develop evaluation procedures that measure the effectiveness of the various training programs
Provide ongoing analysis of evaluation data, provide recommendations and courses of action for improving effectiveness, and implement those changes under the guidance of the supervisor
Interact with senior management, supervisors and staff and attend departmental meetings to remain current on department specific (contract renewals and rent adjustments, voucher payments, resident complaints, etc.) requirements and processes and provide assistance at the respective supervisor???s discretion
Travel regularly to conduct customer training, attend and participate in conferences, and assist other offices
Obtain and maintain relevant professional certifications and designations; obtaining these designations may require travel
Adhere to an agreed upon work schedule per the Corporate Telecommuting Agreement and be available via telephone and email during the appropriate regular business hours.
Perform other duties as required by the position to fulfill the obligations of the ACC.

Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events in the training environment and change approach to best fit the situation.
Ability to operate computers and manipulate standard presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software including a general familiarity with the internet.
Bachelor???s degree in the social sciences, public or business administration, education, or a related area; Three to five years??? experience training or teaching in an academic or corporate setting addressing real estate, property management, or other affordable housing topics, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
