The Assistant Trust Officer will assist the Trust Officers with routine tasks in the day-to-day administration of trust accounts until such time that the ATO is able to manage a book of trust accounts on their own. Routine tasks include 1. Preparing documentation to carry out money movement requests (e.g., revocations, discretionary distributions, outright distributions, payment of invoices), 2. Authenticating money movement requests, 3. Performing annual administrative reviews, 4. Completing outstanding tasks identified during the annual administrative review, 5. Onboarding new accounts ( e.g. reviewing KYC, structure charts, and all other required due diligence), and 6. Communicating with client's attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and intermediaries. Assistance with ongoing projects may be required as needed.

Salary: $70-75k/year

Responsibilities:
-Opening and Closing Trust Accounts
-Compile and prepare reports, agendas, and notices
-File Annual reports
-On-board US and Foreign Trust Accounts
-Process daily transactions, fees and prepare reports
-Assist trust officers with account management activities such as transactions, cash management, and client statements
-Review transactions for errors and inaccuracy
-Interact with bankers, brokers, and customers to facilitate trades

-Demonstrated ability to perform tasks accurately and on time
-Strong Organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
