Agents will answer Inbound care calls from business customers handling connection/care service issues to all business Telco services. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot through effective probing, conversational skills and providing above and beyond customer experience to each business partner. Agents are given weekly and monthly KPI metrics and goals to achieve. Metrics include but are not limited to Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction Survey scores based on interaction with the agent, repeat callers and transfer rates.

Candidates must have at least one weekend day availability, assigned schedules will have two days in a row off. Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 9 am - 9 pm.
Training is 2 weeks in classroom Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm and one week of nesting. Nesting hours will be the agent's assigned schedule. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions while following all required scripts, policies, and procedures
Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution as needed
Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Candidates should be natural problem solvers who continuously strive to provide excellent customer service. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to type 20 + wpm accurately
Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
Basic understanding of a Windows operating system
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
