As a Batching Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the precise blending of materials for our finishing products. If you have a keen eye for detail, the ability to lead a production line, and the physical strength to handle the demands of the role, we want to hear from you!

This is a temp-to-hire position and candidates must be available for both shifts. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The minimum pay rate is $17 per hour and may increase based on your expereince.

Responsibilities:
Batching: Accurately measure and combine raw materials following provided formulas to create high-quality finishing products.
Machinery Operation: Operate blending machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our rigorous quality standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Production Leadership: Lead and coordinate production line activities, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of batch production, ingredient usage, and equipment maintenance.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-Leadership skills to effectively lead a production line.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
-Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in operating blending machinery in a manufacturing setting.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
-Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
-Willingness to work in various shifts as needed.
