Spherion is recruiting long term temporary Call Center Representatives for a high-volume, fast-paced inbound Customer Service Department. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
- Deliver a superior experience to valued customers
- Coordinate with field representatives to ensure the needs of customers are being met if not exceeded
- Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
- This is a 24/7, 365-day operation. There are various shifts available.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Bilingual
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, focusing on customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
- Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Candidates should be proactive with a high level of initiative and be creative problem solvers
- Able to sit for extended periods of time taking calls on a headset, communicating with customers, and ZipApply
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent customer service experience in a FAST-PACED call center/customer service environment.
- Ability to take calls on a headset, communicate with customers, and enter information into the computer system.
- Candidates should be adaptable; comfortable with learning and mastering new technologies
- Candidates should be comfortable with cross-selling and up-selling products to customers
- Candidates MUST have the flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- The first 12 weeks of training occur during the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
The hiring process includes passing various skill assessments with above benchmark scores. Only those candidates who pass the assessments will continue in the process.
