Spherion Temple is looking for candidates with experience in high volume calls to work in call center! This role fast paced so we need someone experience in Customer Service. The preferred candidate will need attention to detail and professionalism when on the phone. It is extremely important to be computer savvy (proficient Microsoft Suite). You will be trained on HR specifics information but you will need to be a fast learner! *Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5pm*Remote position but could go back in office at some point; equipment will be providedResponsibilities:Day To Day: You will be on the phone handling 50-70 phone calls daily routing inquiries and specialty questions to the appropriate department!Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Customer Service skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and production requirementsAbility to use and navigate through multiple computer applications/databases to enter job data changes and personal data changes as well as to research and log customer inquiries (i.e. PeopleSoft, Oracle Could, ServiceNow) sExcellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skillsMust be detail oriented, a self-starter and work well independently with limited direct supervisionAbility to set and achieve goals on time.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Prior CRM experience (i.e. operating a phone tree, routing calls, fielding inquiries through chat and phone) Prior call center experience a plusPrior PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and/or Service Now applications experience highly desirableFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications2-3 years Healthcare Customer Service experience with high volume calls is preferred.
