Responsibilities:
Develop and assess standard operating procedures, buffer formulation records, and batch production records
Collaborate with senior team members to implement safety and quality assurance initiatives in compliance with SOPs
Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive company information
Record and manage activity logs in accordance with cGMP regulations, and oversee the training of junior team members
Operate a range of general production equipment, including Autoclaves, Glass washers, Incubators, Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, and more
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in the laboratory and manufacturing areas
Foster effective working relationships with colleagues
Execute any additional duties as assigned
Contributes to effective team dynamics and project management
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation
Paying attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
Adaptable to working outside normal shift hours, including weekends, when required for project or task completion
Possesses excellent mathematical and computer skills, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in various tasks
Precise hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associates degree or High School Diploma/GED with some continuing education and previous work experience
Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards
Ability to lift/push/pull 25-50 pounds
Ability to wear and utilize personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, lab coat, safety shoes, and gloves, to ensure a safe working environment
