1st Shift Hours: 5:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, OT on Fridays (as needed) Pay: $22.50 - $24.50/hour + benefits + bonus incentives
We have a variety of Assembly positions available, ranging from assembling or modifying the components of boats, including electrical or electronic equipment, brackets, carpeting and foam, conducting tests to determine quality of materials and finished products, inspecting and testing assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications. Responsibilities:
Align and fit structural assemblies manually to position assemblies for joining.
Drill and tap holes into specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
Perform visual inspections of finished products.
Assemble, install, and connect parts, fittings, and assemblies on boats, using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, and fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and clamps.
Cut, trim, file, bend, and smooth parts, and verify sizes and fitting tolerances, in order to ensure proper fit and clearance of parts.
Align, fit, assemble, connect, or install system components, using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, hand tools, or power tools.
Adjust, repair, rework, or replace parts and assemblies, to eliminate malfunctions and to ensure proper operation.
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders or reports, to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Skills:
Ability to stand and work in various positions for several hours on concrete
Ability to see and read complicated instructions
Must be accurate and detail orientated.

Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 lbs. through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing pulling and bending.
