Skills:
QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
Fishbowl MRP System experience would be a plus, but they would be learning this program alongside the company.
Payroll experience would be a plus, but not required.
Shipping & Receiving experience would be a plus, but not required

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must be trainable
Must have some experience in the areas of basic Bookkeeping including Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Must be excited to learn and willing to help in a number of different areas throughout the day.
Must be dependable.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be comfortable with being active in a fast paced environment and not sitting at a desk all day.


This is a Direct Hire position, meaning you would work for the company day 1 and eligible for Benefits.
PAY RANGE: $21-$23/HR
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: This company is very willing to be flexible and accommodating on the work schedule for the right person. They are open to this person working anywhere between 30-40hrs/week. They're also flexible with the hours and days this individual wants to work. Examples: They can start as early as 7am and leave earlier, or start later in the morning, or even work certain days such as Mon-Thurs and have Fridays off. Once a schedule is determined that works for this individual, they would like to have set hours, but there would still be flexibility as needed. Once this person is fully trained, they also can have the flexibility of working from home when needed.
