Remotely make distributor bank accounts
Post J/E for bartering accounts
Resolve A/R discrepancies

Match invoice to packing list
Enter invoices to QuickBooks
Enter credit card receipts
Create checks and mail out to customer/clients
Submit bank wires and post them to QB
Enter and pay personal bills for owner
Order office supplies as per requisitions
Post A/R deposits
6 checking accounts
10 credit cards (3 statements)
3 PayPal accounts
Prepare all yearend paperwork requested by accountant office
Review P&L and balance sheet for errors
1099?s
Carry out any additional task requested by upper management
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
