A brick manufacturing company in Iberia is looking for hard working individuals to join their growing team as a brick packager.
Available Shifts :
1st: 5 am - 1:30 pm
Must be willing to work rotating days
Pay Rate :$18/hr
This position does allow for additional incentive based pay with total earnings exceeding $25/hr.
Packagers will be hand stacking finished brick products onto a brick box. Must be comfortable standing for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly; 30 lbs frequently. This position does require the ability to bend and stoop continuous.
Temp-to-hire window :Able for permanent placement after 720 hours worked
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require high school diploma.
