Candidate should demonstrate recent SQL Application experience in a SQL 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2019 environment, Power BI, MS Visio tools. .Net is a plus experience as well as system/process requirement gathering for enhancements. Background in systems support is also required.

- Develops solution specifications and detailed requirements for IT projects and M&I requests
- Facilitates sessions with stakeholders to determine technical requirements
- Manages and documents all business requirements for project work in conjunction with related Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Initiates and manages risk assessment process to completion, which includes risk documentation and risk mitigation controls
- Establishes systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness
- Develops test plans and coordinates software testing with internal partners. Completes testing when appropriate
- Ensures all duties including, but not limited to, requirements, test cases and test plans, are completed in accordance with all required documentation
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure customer needs are met by reviewing requirements, status updates and associated issues
- Keeps abreast of technology, customer needs and industry related trends
- Develops and maintains process maps for business systems and makes plans to accommodate future work requests
- Performs risk and business impact analysis for proposed enhancements and changes to business systems
- Advises and guides business units in the process of developing system enhancements, ideas and work requests. Captures potential benefits to assist with prioritization
- Identifies system requirements and evaluates new applications
- Documents interfaces between new and legacy systems
- Ensures assets are created and maintained in PPM/Archer and annually reviewed via Application Policy Statement updates
- Maintains requirement details in appropriate ticketing system (e.g., Jit Bit, Service Now, PPM) as needed
- Collaborates closely with IT Architects to design optimal technical solutions to meet business needs while aligning with IT strategies
- Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management
qualifications:
- Min. 4-6 years exp in S/W, IT support, Business analyst, and Systems analyst areas.
- Experience with MS SharePoint, SQL, Power BI, MS Visio tools. .Net and business process management tools preferred
skills:
- Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel and other MS Office suite applications
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Solid Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and Power BI, MS Visio tools. .Net is a plus.
