Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary $45-65k/year DOE

Responsibilities:
-Analyze financial information for new and existing ag/business banking relationships including the preparation of credit modules and annual reviews
-Establish valuations and monitoring collateral, including preparation of internal evaluations and site inspections for real estate
-Collect and review documentation for loans including income tax returns, credit reports, financial statements, UCC lien searches, title opinions, appraisals, insurance policies, etc
-Assist in the preparation of loan presentations under the guidance of the Ag/Business Banker for submission to home office for loan approval
-Assist in monitoring of activity on lines of credit for compliance with the loan contract
-Maintain the monitoring system for servicing of routine and complex commercial loans
-Assist with collections including servicing of payments past due, developing and administering effective workout plans, repossession of collateral when necessary, and management and disposal of real estate owned or other repossessed collateral
-Build long-term, personal relationships to meet client needs and to capture a larger share of the client?s business
-Conduct profitable client conversations, using goal-orientated probing questions

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, agriculture, or a related field
-One or more years of job-related experience in commercial lending related function, or a minimum of five years of experience in commercial business that has resulted in developing transferable skills applicable to the position
-Must be highly motivated and able to perform with limited direct supervision
-Need to have excellent customer relations, interpersonal, written and oral communication, organizational, delegation, and team player skills
-Must have working knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing commercial lending
-Proficiency with computer programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows word processing
-Ability to travel to customer and prospect locations and branch sales offices
