Responsibilities:

-Establish and execute a business development plan
-Identify prospects and build professional relationships with hiring managers through office visits, presentations, and negotiations
-Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client?s potential
-Offer innovative and creative employment solutions that consistently delight our clients and employees
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
College degree is preferred
One year of sales and business development experience preferred
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of business to business sales, outside sales, or staffing experience
Solid interpersonal communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships
Proven track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
