Responsibilities:
-Maintain prospect and customer information through a customer relationship management (CRM) System
-Manage data entry in internal Project Manager Database, ensuring data entered is timely, accurate and critical information is up to date
-Facilitate the development of proposal and contract documents
-Coordination of Business Development events, including booth schedule and shipping, and collateral coordination and premium ordering
-Travel for Business Development events, conferences, and trade shows (as needed)
-Manage project information files and documents to ensure documents are current and up to date
-Support Project Coordinator in tracking and controlling distribution of project documentation
-Perform daily tasks needed around the office
-Plan company events
-Make travel arrangements for the team
-Continue to expand the content marketing strategy for digital, print, and social media
-Maintain the Company website
-Maintain Company???s social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn
-Provide measurable metrics and goals via established (SEO, Google Analytics, etc.) channels
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Exposure to the construction industry or construction projects within the Ethanol, Ag Processing, BioChemicals, or BioMass industry(ies) is preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office Products, CRM software and Adobe Acrobat Professional
-Experience with Estimating Database, Accounting Database and Document Tracking Database
-Proficiency with Google Analytics, WordPress and MailChimp
-Excellent verbal, written and computer communication and technical skills
-Must have superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask
-Ability to work independently with minimum instruction
-Ability to maintain accurate records
