Responsibilities:
Evaluate and monitor budgets, membership experience, and programs
Lead sales
Supervise partnership account managers
Coordinate continuing training and professional development opportunities
Actively engage in community outreach
Establishes, cultivates, and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
Prepare, maintain, and submit records, forms, or reports
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree and 5+ years of progressive sales, development, community outreach; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven sales and development track record.
Highly collaborative style; experience developing strategy and implementing plans and campaigns.
Ability to interact well and build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
Known as a connector and an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently. Ability to prioritize is essential.
High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force
Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new ideas and initiatives.
Exceptional Communications Skills.
Competency in effective use of CRM systems. Expertise in the use of sales metrics in managing pipeline, activity, closing ratios, and other relevant sales activities.
Ability to travel and able to work multiple evenings and early mornings.
