Attend meetings on a consistent basis and take and distribute notes
Primarily support the Executive Vice President and Sales Manager in all administrative functions
Able to attend events both; networking, charity, and business events to develop business relationships and connections
Maintain all documentation, proposals, and key project paperwork
Assist in resolving any critical customer issues
Create meeting agendas and manage calendar invites for all appropriate to attend
Able to present at meetings if needed
Work closely with various internal teams including; Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Accounting teams
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sales and Marketing
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Exceptional organization skills; attention to detail is KEY
