This position would be focused on building out an emerging effort on healthcare and datacenters as well as being engaged on a recently launched refurbishment services and parts offering along with the core detention/justice market.
Connect with potential clients using networking, cold calling, emailing, etc.
Active conduit between company potential customers, until project has materialized
Qualify prospects and ensure they are quality leads
Identify and build relationships with key decision makers
Maintain information, time lines, and volume information in reporting systems
Generate new leads by stimulating and capturing interest in Company products
Subject matter expert on our products to be able to answer customer questions and make
solution suggestions
Cultivate productive relationships with customers that extend from first contact until the deal is
closed
Maintain relationships with, and direct effort of commissioned company representatives
Conduct in person and virtual training events for architectural firms and owner groups
Maintain advertising arrangements and lead creation and development of advertising
campaigns
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience working with healthcare and data center end markets would be preferred.
Experience with refurbishment services and/or parts offering is a plus
Knowledge of construction field is desired
Bachelor???s in marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred

Qualifications:
7 to 10 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in the in the construction or building products industry / or project development is required
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to connect with as many prospects as possible
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Quickly adapt to any situation
Highly motivated to generate both quantity and quality of leads
High level of persistence to pursue opportunities and get answers to questions
Find common ground and build rapport with prospects
Create maintain and source marketing and sales material and presentations
Desire to grow within role and aspire to promotional opportunities as the company expands
