Set targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the team's success
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals, objectives, and strategies
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
