Responsible for overall office administrative activities, including finance, payroll, insurance, human resources and office facilities.
Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing and Accounting
Budget Planning, Preparation and Monitoring
Annual Audit Coordination, Corporate and Tax Filings
Computers, Server, Office Equipment and IT Systems (including virtual conferencing/Go-To-Meeting)
Governmental Reporting and Contract Monitoring
Support the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
Administrative Support and Scheduling Coordination for the president.
Assistance with social media and support of other communications
Confidentiality
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
College degree in a related field preferred
Familiarity with local businesses, community development organizations and the area's local government and elected officials preferred
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
College Degree
5-10 years of related professional experience required
Excellent organizational, analytical and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and preparation of financial statements
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Reliable transportation
Self-motivated, self-managed, and ability to work independently and as an integral part of a fast-paced results-oriented team in an ever-changing environment
