Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective B2B marketing strategies to promote Spherion Staffing & Recruiting to target industries and market segments. Identify key channels, messaging, and tactics to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our company's social media presence across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Create compelling content, engage with the audience, and monitor industry trends to drive engagement and expand our online reach.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation campaigns utilizing both traditional and digital channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads.
Business Development: Identify and support the pursuit of new business opportunities and strategic alliances. Conduct market research, identify prospects, and develop a pipeline of potential clients. Support the nurturing of relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and business development efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and contribute to the development of new market opportunities
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B marketing supporting business development.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for business use.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
