Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
???Coordination and development of construction drawings.
???Produce drawings or modify existing drawings.
???Develop architectural floor plans and elevations.
???Draws plan sets including structural foundations, wall sections, truss framing, and related details for varied construction projects.
???Coordinates with various parties to gather information required to create building project plans.
???Uses code and jurisdiction requirements to create permit sets of drawings.
???Manages CAD library and drawing templates.
???Independently manage CAD workload.
???Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
???Develop a working knowledge of company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
???Coordinate and manage drawing templates and for WHE plans and models
???Coordinate with the project team, engineers, and designers on the production of details and plans
Miscellaneous / Additional
???Maintain a high level of discretion/confidentiality in all matters
???Program macros using AutoLISP for repetitive processes
???Provide training to other employees on AutoCAD and other CAD software

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
???At least 3 or more years of experience in Structural/Architectural detailing for Residential or Commercial with basic knowledge of building codes, architectural and structural elements.
???Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
???Proficiency in AutoCAD. Revit Experience is strongly desired.
???Experience Using AutoLISP programming
???Familiarity with Construction and/or Engineering.
???Broad knowledge of residential design and construction.
???Broad knowledge of BIM Software.
???Associates degree in Drafting or Bachelor???s degree in Computer Technology, Architecture, or Civil or Structural Engineering.
???Travel may include day trips to construction job sites to gather data and consult with builders, architects, and field personnel.
