Responsibilities:
Develop architectural and technical detail drawings and 3D rendered models for perimeter security systems.
Assemble, label, and post-process CAD drawings and renderings to be used throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain and build out a standardized database of CAD materials, colors, layouts, modeling and publishing standards.
Provide a high level of attention, focus, and urgency towards the creation of complex technical documents that are scrutinized for accuracy and consistency and are regularly revised and reviewed.
Ability to take direction and work analytically and independently to accomplish assignments/goals within specified deadlines.
Must be a team player with ability to collaborate and interact with others in multiple inter-office departments.
Keep up-to-date and adopt latest tools and technologies in technical drawing and illustration to maintain competitive advantage.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Bachelors or Associates Degree in a Product Design related program
Customer service, presentation and speaking skills
Perimeter fencing experience, but experience in a related field will be considered
Experience in Autodesk Revit

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
3-5 years related experience
Proven proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Experience developing architectural, civil engineering, or technical details.
Fundamental knowledge of CAD file formats and how to work interchangeably between platforms and understanding of image file types used in the CAD process, image resolutions, sizing, etc.
Working knowledge of drawing principles, building construction methods, fabrication, and bill-of-materials.
Experience with construction bid submittal packages including site plans/layouts, elevations, and component detailing
Graphic illustration skills. Ability to storyboard technical illustrations.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, detail and precision oriented.
