This position will be remote after training and post-training mastery period.
You will be required to train for 3 weeks in Jacksonville, FL before working remotely. Training starts on 9/17 and continues for 3 weeks.
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Full Time position with opportunities for voluntary and mandatory overtime

Responsibilities:
- Work with Coach customers primarily regarding order management
- Respond to incoming phone and email contacts from customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Support customers who contact for reasons such as: to place an order, check an order status, inquire about a repair, seek product information or resolve an issue
- Drive sales by offering to place orders and suggest complementary items based on customer needs and preferences
- Leverage multiple systems and tools to effectively handle customer contacts
- Simultaneously handle cross-functional tasks including calls, emails, and data processing
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Be able to mitigate customer escalations through effective decision making and problem solving skills
- Passion for working within a team environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities
- Attention to detail
- Effective decision-making, problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to work overtime hours as dictated by business needs

Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows navigation and MS Office
- Maintain knowledge and ability to effectively articulate the clients brand, products, policies, and procedures
