Responsibilities:
Tour Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of tours and destinations to passionately showcase the best experiences to our customers.
Exceptional Service: Engage with customers professionally and positively, ensuring high customer service standards and maximizing sales opportunities.
Upsell Mastery: Showcase your ability to upsell on all possible orders, turning every interaction into an exciting adventure.
Tech Savvy: Utilize proprietary booking systems with ease, responding to inquiries, placing orders, and updating customer information.
Feedback Champion: Collaborate with leadership to provide valuable insights on customers, products, technology, and processes to enhance overall company operations.

Call Center Pro: A minimum of 3 years in a professional, high-volume inbound call center.
Sales and Service Maven: Strong sales and service skills to create unforgettable customer experiences.
Worldly Knowledge: General knowledge of world geography, with a special focus on worldwide cruise ports.
Multitasking Maestro: Ability to multitask effortlessly while maintaining priorities.
Initiative Instinct: Display consistent initiative without being prompted, showcasing your drive for success.
Tech-Savvy: Possess basic data entry skills (type minimum of 30 wpm with accuracy).
Adaptability Ace: Positive and highly-motivated with the ability to adapt well to change.
Innovative Thinker: Creative and critical thinking to identify efficiency opportunities.
Self-Starter: Take the lead in meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
