Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients' customers and represent their brand positively by following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Listen actively to customers' concerns, identify their needs, and proactively find solutions to address their issues or escalate them as necessary.
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer information, orders, or other relevant data into the call center system.
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients' products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and provide support when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information, policies, and procedures as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protocols when needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
- Be able to type 30 wpm
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
- Customer-focused attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
