Answer incoming calls and electronic requests

Register new patients, schedule appointments and walk them through initial process
Provide excellent customer service by handling complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information on behalf of the institution
Ensure proper and prompt documentation of all important and/or sensitive patient information
Identify and adjust any discrepancies in patient information or data collection
Communicate appointment information and reminders based on the company system and clinic guidelines
Correspond and deliver patient related messages to the proper location or person
Analyze each patient situation to determine emergent issues that may require immediate triage
De-escalate any issues or calm upset callers while always remain personable and professional
Perform any other necessary tasks per managements' request
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Data entry and typing skills
Personable and professional
Capable of working in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Education:
High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
Previous call center experience preferred
