Seeking customer service agents for Chico's call center. YOU MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA.
We are looking for night shift/Mid shift workers after a 2 week 8am-5pm training. Interviews are being done immediately.
You must be available to work one weekend day a week.

This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information.
You will need your own computer (laptop or desktop) with Windows 7 or higher and high speed internet. A webcam and headset can be provided if you do not own.
Responsibilities:
-Inbound call center so you will be receiving calls from customers who are placing orders
-Use customer service and sales skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact.
-Identify and handle customer phone inquiries completely and accurately.
-Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
-Educate the customer about the products and services.
-Complete and maintain accurate customer data including documentation of all discussions and requests
-Maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services
-Alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to organize and communicate information clearly
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to learn and follow policies and procedures correctly
1+ years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED
