- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
- Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Communication & Listening skills are keys to success in this role
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass listening & typing assessment requirements
- Windows based laptop or computer, camera, headset and two monitors
- Required to meet minimum Internet speed test requirements
- On time attendance is also a key to success
