This customer service, call center and data entry position wraps up into a career opportunity. Responsibilities:

- Work closely with patients in need of at-home medical equipment
- Providing the right products and services at the right time while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Answer incoming calls from patients
- Verifying patient information
- Troubleshooting equipment problems over the phone
- Escalates patient concerns to supervisor
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
Skills:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Srong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently as well as follow detailed directives.
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Call-center experience (preferred)
- EPIC, Bright Tree, DME experience (nice to have)
- One year work related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry.
