- Supervise temporary and client employees in a call center environment
- Assist with answering calls, handling basic escalations, and scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments
- Enforce day-to-day objectives
- Monitor and ensure metrics are met
- Assist reps with difficult calls or issues
- Communicate with other department managers to ensure resources are properly allocated and ensure customer satisfaction
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- Demonstrated professionalism
- Ability to work in a high stress, high volume call center setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology
- Extraordinary customer service skills with the desire to create an exceptional experience for each caller
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a call center setting
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated knowledge of phone systems, computer systems, and scheduling systems
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is highly desired
- Extraordinary communication & conflict resolution skills
