Responsibilities:
- Manage all applicant flow by calling and engaging with candidates in our database.
- Answer all incoming calls to the office with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Respond to text messages from employees and candidates promptly.
- Check voicemails regularly and ensure timely call-backs to any missed messages.
- Assist walk-in applicants with job information and the application process.
- Prescreen candidates to assess their fit for Spherion and schedule interviews with recruiters.
- Maintain and manage the interview tracker for scheduled interviews.
- Assist in creating job postings to attract top talent.
- Handle all back office documentation and ensure employee records are organized and up-to-date.
- Conduct orientations for new hires and assist with screenings as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in administrative or front desk roles is a plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or office software is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong email communication skills with excellent grammatical proficiency.
Ability to conduct web searches effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, particularly when managing high call volumes.
Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with applicants.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
