-Effectively build relationships, sell and recruit through modern media connections: phone, video, social media, text, email, and in-person meetings
-Identify prospects in need of Spherion's workforce services & solutions
-Execute the activities that will gain results (Heavy client contact and follow-up through calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
-Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client's potential
-Effectively source, recruit, interview, select candidates. Coach and manage flexible employees into success.
-Conduct marketing activities to follow through on commitments to connect job seekers with the right job opportunity
-Exceptional documentation and activity planning
-Provide services that consistently delight our clients and employees
Qualifications:
What you need to bring:
2+ years' of experience working in a related service industry leadership role or for a staffing agency
2+ years' of experience in a sales capacity. Staffing industry experience is a plus!
Technically adequate and competent with experience utilizing digital tools and google suite applications
Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
High energy levels and track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model including on and remote
Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
