Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, using your communication skills to influence and inspire.
Innovate and Solve Problems: Identify workforce gaps and develop creative solutions to help our clients succeed.
Drive Results: Execute strategic activities that deliver measurable outcomes, from client meetings to candidate placements.
Empower Others: Coach and mentor, helping people navigate their career paths and achieve success.
Champion Our Mission: Conduct marketing and outreach efforts that amplify our brand and connect job seekers with the right opportunities.
*This is a 360 full desk role: 50% cold calling B2B business development is required and 50% recruiting*
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or related service industry leadership role.
- A proven track record in sales, particularly in a metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
- The ability to connect and professionally communicate with others across multiple platforms: phone, video, email, chat, text, social media, and in-person.
- High energy, resilience, and a passion for driving results.
- A natural curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and the determination to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
