The Case Manager:1. Connects with youth and families referred to the company from Schools and Juvenile Probation.2. Assist clients with goal setting and building Developmental Assets.3. Engages youth with community service opportunities.4. Builds and maintains good relationships with community partners. 5. Captures data and generates reports for funding requirements. 6. Maintains client records by reviewing case notes and logging progress. 7. Fosters successful relationships with co-workers, clients, and volunteer staff.8. Carries a growth mindset.9. Exhibits professional, ethical, culturally responsive, equity-minded, and appropriate behavior.10. Participates in training provided by the company to become familiar with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) study and strengthening families, the Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets, and Restorative practices.
