Answer telephones, routine calls, take messages if necessary, return calls promptly.
Greet all customers and staff with a warm and inviting welcome.

Accuracy and Integrity while handling customer payments and all other money.
Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels, and/or other basic written materials.
Word processing and/or data entry skills
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
